为尽快恢复全市经济社会秩序，进一步优化精准疫情防控措施，更好保障广大群众健康安全和出行便利，无锡市新型冠状病毒疫情防控应急指挥部发布第12号通知明确要求，2月21日起，无锡全市范围内启动“西康码”。为认真贯彻落实上级部署，切实推进“西康码”在 href='http://www.yxrczp.com/News/newsdetail-1149.html' title=''> href='http://www.yxrczp.com/News/newsdetail-1153.html' href='http://www.yxrczp.com/News/newsdetail-1149.html' title=''> title=''>宜兴的使用，现将有关事项公告如下：

一、适用范围

“西康码”主要用于进出居民区（村、企）、市内人口密集公共场所（乘坐公共交通待定）的出行核查、疫情发生后的流行病学调查、居家或集中隔离等医学 href='http://www.yxrczp.com/News/newsdetail-1149.html' title=''> 观察员自助健康申报。本市居民和外来人员可根据出行需要自愿申请。建议十四天内来依依的人员主动申请。

2.申请方法

4、申请人可以自行填写申请信息，也可以委托他人代为填写申请信息。居民小区（村庄、企业）和人员密集的公共场所要在出入口安排专人指导、协助不具备经营条件的人员办理登记申请。申请人必须如实填写相关信息。对隐瞒、谎报导致疫情扩散的，将依法处理，并纳入个人信用体系。 href='http://www.yxrczp.com/News/newsdetail-1149.html' title=''> “熙康码”中的所有个人信息都将受到法律保护，仅用于疫情防控，并严格保密。

乡镇、公园、街道、部门、行业不得增设层层内容和增设其他内容。对违反本通知精神已实施的防控措施，一律取消。此前相关规定与本通知不一致的，以本通知为准。

关于逐步恢复公共交通服务的公告

为满足企业复工复产后日益增长的出行需求，保障疫情期间本市公共交通有序运行，拟优先恢复连接高铁站、金城站的公交运营服务。三角客运站、主城区、乡镇（公园、街道），根据线路客流量适时增加公交班次。 href='http://www.yxrczp.com/News/newsdetail-1149.html' title=''> 2月22日起，本市将逐步恢复公共交通服务。现将有关事项公告如下：

第一阶段：目前运营的26条城市主要公交线路白天恢复全日运营。

旅客出行提醒

市民乘坐公交车时必须全程佩戴口罩并接受体温检测。未佩戴口罩或体温异常者不得乘坐公交车；

1、乘客须随身携带身份证，并配合司机、乘客进行乘客实名登记；

2.本市停止使用老年人卡。乘客需自备零币。

关于恢复大部分门诊医疗服务的公告

1、自2020年2月24日起，除口腔科、耳鼻喉科、眼科、肺结节高级专家会诊中心、气管内窥镜、呼吸检测、肺功能检测、一氧化氮检测、喉镜、气溶胶吸入等高危科室外治疗结束后，其他门诊（专家、专科、专科门诊）恢复正常营业。

3、所有患者就医必须实名挂号。请务必携带身份证或医保卡，否则将无法就诊。

八、所有入院人员应积极配合医院工作人员进行体温检测和登记，配合医护人员预检和分诊，如实告知患者病情及相关情况。故意隐瞒接触史和症状的，将追究法律责任。

关于恢复部分车辆驾驶管理服务的公告

自2月24日起，我所恢复办理部分车辆驾驶管理业务（驾驶考试、满分学习、AB驾驶证核验等相关业务除外）。如您需要办理相关业务，请注意以下事项：

1、在证件申请大厅入口处出示熙康码。只有持有绿码的人员才能进入大厅并测量体温。持有红色代码的人员不得进入大厅。测温后，体温正常者可到窗口办理业务。体温异常者可到窗口办理业务。不得进入窗口办理业务；

2、进出办证大厅时，按照标识和工作人员指示，通过专用通道进出；

3、为了自己和他人的生命和健康，不需要办理业务的人员请勿进入大堂；办理完业务后请尽快离开，不得在大堂停留；

4、由于我们办公室是人员流动密集的场所，为防止人员大量聚集，我们办公室将根据实际情况限制人数；

5、目前业务受理时间为周一至周六上午9:00---11:00、下午1:00-4:00。
